Be consistent in correcting them when they don’t use the manners that you’ve taught them.
To teach you kids manners you need to lead by good role model and show them how to have good manners and respect people.
I try to be a good example by saying please and thank you.
We remind each other and my grandson to always say please and thank you. Leading by example works great, especially if we don’t say please, he loves to remind us too!

Don’t just tell children how to behave, show them. By beholding we become; it’s the ultimate way to teach children!
You should be a good role model. Kids learn best by watching.
My advice is to lead by example, if your child sees you yelling at people, talking bad about them, they will follow your example.
My advice to teach children manners would be to lead by example.
My best advice is to lead by example. Show them the correct way to act. Thank you!
It is great to model polite behavior for children-it does no good to expect children to behave properly if you don’t!
I love the idea of this story book, keep more coming like this.
Be an example and role model good manners. Then have the kids practice the good manners in their play time. When they are out and about, praise them verbally for using good manners whenever you see it happen 🙂
I think it’s important to teach through your own good example. Kids learn what they see.
Always model good manners and use good manners during playtime.
Tht must be polite and always say please or they don’t get what they are wanting.
I use kind reminders when my son doesn’t use them. Hubby and I are always using our manners as good examples!
Always have them say please and thank you, and practice saying yes maam, no maam, yes sir…etc.
Set a good example and also praise them when they are polite.
Start out small and work your way up for instance start with no elbows on the table.
I think setting a good example is a great way to teach kids proper manners.
Lead by example!!! If you show them you have manners, they will listen to you. Also, be consistent in teaching them. Don’t just let them be rude at the table one time, then be mad because they aren’t listening another time. God bless everyone!
I will correct my nieces and nephews if they don’t say please and/or thank you until they are sick of me correcting them.
Simple reminders and teaching them during different situations is a great way to teach manners. It’s a learning experience!
