Becoming Fit & Healthy With Centrum Vitamints #CentrumVitaMints

By: Amandacomment

I received this product for free from Smiley360 in exchange for my honest review.

Where has the year gone? I keep seeing posts and mentions of Christmas and the New Year and it’s not even Halloween! This is the time of year where people look for healthier solutions or decide to start a brand new year out right by joining the gym but did you know that nine out of ten Americans don’t get the essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals from food alone. Most days I am one of them. Sometimes it’s difficult balancing all I have to do every day and I majorly slack in the cooking department (although I’ve gotten better!). centrumvitamins

According to Centrum:

VitaMints® multivitamins are a unique combination of essential nutrients you enjoy like a mint. Take them any time of day, with or without food or water, to replenish your body with vitamins and minerals that support your energy, immunity, metabolism, and overall well-being.

I was sent an awesome gift package with Centrum VitaMints, a Fitbit, and water bottle. With three kids it’s hard staying on the healthy track and I know I need to make time for my health but it always seems my kids need me first. Having the Fitbit is really helping to keep track of what I’m doing or in this case not doing. I am making strides to become more conscious of my overall health including my activity level and what I (and my family) eats.

Three daily changes in my routing to become healthier:

Drink water. I’m increasing my intake of water by using my water bottle or a cup with a straw. For some reason I find I drink more this way.

Daily Walk. I’m not a doctor but I know I need to exercise to become healthy and fit. The least I can do (to start) is go on a walk daily with my son after the big kids go to school.

Stop going out to eat. Since my mom died I’ve been in a big funk. I’m not preparing good meals at home but instead running to get meals from a fast food joint. Not only will this make us healthier but saves money in the long run.

These are just a few of my daily goals I’m changing in my life for me and my family. To me they are pretty simple and I’m determined to make a change.

What are your daily goals? Do you have goals for 2016?
