last hurrah

As I was typing this I wasn’t quite sure what book I wanted to give away…something with a summery them..hmm. Then it occurred to me that there’s nothing better than sitting outside in the sun or on a beach and reading any book during the summer! This summer I came across a new author that I love, Jennifer L. Armentrout. While I’m not a book blogger, I am an AVID reader, especially YA books, and I also listen to books on CD while I work. Since my library just ordered Origin yesterday, I don’t have to pre-order, and I’m going to invest that money in one of my awesome reader’s library collections! Don’t fret. If you have not read Jennifer L. Armentrout I’ll let you choose any of her books up to $10. It can be a book or an ebook download via Amazon or the Book Depository. Open INT.

I don’t have a favorite book of all time. The book that I liked most this summer was NOS4A2 by Joe Hill. I don’t usually read horror novels so this was a big surprise.

Asking me to pick my favourite book is like asking a mother to pick her favourite child. Assuming her children are all amazing and not serial killer-ish. It might be easy for a mother to pick a favourite under those circumstances. It isn’t easy for me to pick a favourite book though and it never will be!
Depending on my mood, I really like the Fever series by Karen Moning, The Rosie Project, Forrest Gump, The Host….etc etc etc 😀
