Shoes! What girl doesn’t like shoes? Well, until recently, I was one of those girls. In high school I never much cared for the latest fashion trend. I sorta went off and did what I wanted and had no desire to fit in with the crowd. Now I’m in my thirties and while I don’t go out and buy the newest color trend I do have a few more purses and shoes in my collection. Surprisingly this makes my husband happy, since he always had more shoes than I did! I worked with White Mountain for our Holiday Gift Guide and loved the boots I received and wear them every change I get. They are so comfy and warm. I am very excited to model their Spring collection for our Fashionsta Event!
I am pregnant and am clutzy enough without added height on my shoes so I chose sandals that gave me a little height but not so much that I’d trip and fall..yes..it happens..think Bella from Twilight. I was able to choose two pairs that gave me a little height but not enough that I would do a face plant.
The first pair I chose were the Blast Pink Sandal in Coral/Pink and they are cute shoes. I am wearing them with jean but they are very versatile and will look fabulous with shorts, capris and skirts too. They have a cork footbed that I think help to break in the shoe. It seems with sandals it can take a week for them to get comfy but these were ok after a day or two. The heel is 1 3/4 inch which gives me a little height without loosing my footing.
The second style I received was the Clincher Black Sandal. It also has a cork footbed but a 2 in heel. I would have to say this shoe is more my style. It’s simple with a hint of bling and not too showy. My feet didn’t hurt after I wore this sandal and I would have to account it to the cork footbed again and the stretchy strap. I think it molds with your foot for added comfort. When purchasing White Mountain Shoes I would recommend buying your true size. IĀ tried an 8 and they both fit great.

These have to be the first pair of sandals that actually look comfortable for all day wear!
I bought a pair of White Mountain sandals from Gordman’s a few years ago, and they were SO well-made and comfortable. Really hope I’ll get to try another pair on soon. š

I really like both of those styles. They do look great with jeans and with this crazy weather I’m not sure I should unpack my shorts just yet.

I’m not pregnant – but like you, I want a little height. I’m willing to go as high as 3″ TOPS – but the height and fashionable MUST be balanced with comfort and common sense (I don”t want to wobble when I walk – it’s just not worth it!” I actually find 2.5″ inch wedges (I prefer) or heels feel just about perfect – and to my mind 1.5″ – 1.75″ are (feel) like Flats – and actual, real flat are uncomfortable because they make me feel like I’m leaning backwards!

I love the pink sandals. They are so cute and perfect for summer.
I love the pink sandals, my daughter has been drooling over them as well. They have some great styles and its good to know that they were comfy without too much breaking in. The second pair is also nice, and they would be great for home or the office.

Thanks for your review on the White Mountain Shoes. The first pair (Blast Pink Sandal) is cute and it definitely has bling… but the second pair (Clincher Black Sandal) is more my style also. They look so comfortable and the Black would go with everything.

I check out their shoe site and I love the shoes. I love the shoes you reviewed the Blast Pink Sandal in Coral/Pink but I cant wear shoes that have the thing between the toes. Still they are pretty shoes all the same.
The black ones are cute on you! They have a pretty nice selection! I found at least 4 that I really like!

The White Mountain sandals are so cute for the summer. I like the Blast Pink Sandal in Coral/Pink,but I am going to choose black. I think they look great on you, and have a gorgeous design. The black pair also looks very comfortable. Very nice sandals.
The cork for the shoe sounds like it would make it more comfortable and not make the sandal slippery if you were sweating.
