Water Wubble® Is A Fun Backyard Toy For Summer!

Well, it’s officially summer. In Ohio, it’s a good 85 degrees outside during the day and the kids always ask to turn on the sprinkler or go to the pool. I usually don’t like the sprinkler on since I try to save on the water bill and the pool is just not in the cards most days. To keep them busy yesterday I had them test out the new Water Wubble® refillable water balloon balls to see what they thought. There’s nothing like playing in water during a hot day!

We started with a bucket and water to fill theWater Wubble® balls and quickly learned that it takes a bit of time to fill them doing it this way. Don’t worry you can also fill Water Wubble® from a faucet or a hose as you’ll see later on.

Tuck the spout back in and you’re ready to play. No need to tie, they are self-sealing so little kids aren’t constantly running to you asking for help. Bonus!

Two perfectly sized Water Wubble® according to my daughter. They fit in her hand and she can run with them since they aren’t too heavy. I will say they were less awkward than a water balloon (jiggly) and of course they don’t break so there are no bits of a balloon to pick up after play.

After a while, they decided to see how big they could fill the Water Wubbles®. Using a hose, they got to work and here’s the end result. It was huge (and now jiggled like a water balloon) but didn’t pop. They used the Wubble repeatedly by throwing and filling it up over and over. I didn’t see them lose their integrity and the kids would have told me if one popped. Overall the kids had a blast and I was happy to not have a mess to clean up!
