The Brolly Butler Umbrella Holder

brolly butler

This is brought to you by AdvertiseWithBloggers.com and Brolly Butler. I was given a Brolly Butler to use in facilitating my review. All opinions are 100% mine.

It’s been raining on and off here in Northern Indiana and honestly I love it. There’s just something about a rainy day and being able to stay at home and do nothing. I guess I feel justified if I don’t do anything since I couldn’t get out of the house all day with the kids! When I do go out it is a pain getting the kiddos strapped in the car seat without getting wet. It’s really more of an annoyance since my glasses get spotted with rain than me getting wet. I am the type that will walk through a downfall because I read somewhere that you actually get wetter when you run. (Weird, I know!)

I was selected to review the Brolly Butler which is an umbrella holder that attaches to your car window. Brolly is a British word for umbrella, pretty catchy eh?  It’s also made in the USA if you do not like to buy items outside of the country, which is really hard to do these days!

It attaches easily with four small suction cups and you can quickly detach it so the kids don’t mess with holder. If you notice it had been raining so I tried to get outside while it was raining but I did not.

I did manage to get the umbrella up while it was still sprinkling. I wanted to stand under it while it rained to see if it worked! I’m happy to report that I didn’t feel a drop. (And yes it was sprinkling a little) Now in a torrential downpour, I’m not sure if you’ll get wet!

As you can see the Butler covered a large part of the area that you would stand under to get your kids or groceries out of the car. As long as they are not in the trunk…groceries..sheesh not your kids! Although my husband does talk fondly of taking road trips with his parents and sister and they would lay the back seat down in their Volvo and lay down…gotta love the 80’s!

Overall I think the Brolly Butler is a neat product and can keep you dry. According to Brolly Butler it is perfect for:

  • Parents With Children in Safety Seats
  • Shoppers Loading Packages or Groceries
  • Seniors or Anyone Else Needing a Little Extra Help
  • Sales Professionals Gathering Samples and Materials

You can purchase a Brolly Butler on Amazon for $10.
