Welcome to the [2nd Annual] Showered With Love Event hosted by the Blogging Mamas Network!

We all know that April Showers bring May Flowers, but did you know that some of your favorite bloggers have come together throw a huge Shower of our own – a virtual Baby Shower! The Showered with Love Event will run from April 1-15, giving you plenty of time to enter all of the great giveaways, in the linky below, including the Grand Prize of a Combi Catalyst Travel System!

site_logo.gifMy daughter is not a fan of nap time at all. I am always looking for ways to encourage her to take a nap, such as, giving her a special stuffed animal or doll to sleep with for her nap. However, she still refuses, many times, to take a nap. I was really curious to review Janiebee’s quilted nap mat and see if this would help my daughter take a better nap.

JaniebeeWhen I first received the nap mat I was very impressed with the design and color of it. Although I saw pictures of it online, it just looked so much prettier in person. This mat is so well made with high quality materials. It is made with 100%  quilters’ cotton and is filled with 100% two inch polyester quilters’ batting (not foam). My favorite feature of this nap mat is it rolls up nicely and secures with top stitched fabric ties.  It also has convenient shoulder straps which makes this perfect for traveling.

JaniebeeMy daughter was super excited to try out her new nap mat which made me happy; I did not have to argue with her to take a nap. Her excitement to use this product has really helped out during nap time; I hope she continues with the excitement. She loves that there is a blanket attached to the mat; it is a Minky Blanket which is so soft. The attached pillow case is the same material as the blanket. Each mat even comes with a pillow.

I am so glad that my daughter enjoys her new mat nap and it has been helping her during nap time. She also enjoys taking this to her grandmother’s house to use while watching television. Another awesome feature is the entire mat is machine washable. How great is that?!

These mats are great for nap time, watching tv or even for daycare. Janiebee offers so many great designs. You can purchase your own mat for $120 on their website. They also offer separate Minky Blankets.

Connect with Janiebee on Facebook.

One reader will be randomly chosen to win a Boho Nap Mat! (ARV $100) Open to US residents only who are 18 or older. Begins on 04/01/2014 at 12:01 am EST and ends on 04/15/2014 at 11:59 pm EST.
