When kids are younger, they start to find out their tastes, likes and dislikes. I’ve loved seeing how each one of my children’s personalities have started shining through. With my oldest, she loved so many things, she would find something new, but still love all her older toys too. The baby hasn’t really started choosing too many things for herself, but it is fun watching certain cartoons or toys catch her eye. My son, he however, has always had one go to. His favorite of all things, has been Spider-Man. We’ve had to move his beloved Spider-Man wall decal to two different places in his short five years. I’m so happy (read: he was ecstatic) that we got to partner with Jay Franco and Sons and their Spider-Man collection!
The first thing we had to open and try was the new Spider-Man ZippySack. ZippySack is a fleece blanket that fits on a bed just like a fitted sheet. It stays in place and keeps kids warm all night. In the morning, just zip and flip and the bed is made in seconds! He cuddled right into it and tossed his comforter aside. We’d had the opportunity to wash it once (hidden snack in bed incident) and I am happy to report it is still as colorful and soft as it was right out of the package.
We also received a Spider-Man Hooded Beach Poncho. Since we didn’t have any sand and surf nearby, my son used it for bath time. And then promptly ran around the house as “Spider-Man”, just still a bit wet. It’s a great size and will fit him for a couple years. Our third item was the Spider-Man Pillow Buddy. All two feet of soft and cuddly Spider-Man have been a hit in our house. All three kids have taken turns hugging, sleeping with and wrestling our new pillow buddy.
