Oh my goodness….my dad would love this! He is a huge music buff….but guitars and the musicians that play them are his real love. He has a small collection of guitars at home and I remember my childhood was full of daily guitar sessions. Van Halen and Slash from GNR are some of his favorites. My favorite is The Edge from U2!
This is a great gift for my young guitarist following my footsteps. I looked at Costco yesterday but didn’t find it there. So, maybe I’ll be chosen and it’ll show up in my mail box.

I have been so lucky to have seen so many of them in concert and to see their guitars up lose in this book is so amazing. Love to own this book.

I am definitely going to have to order this book if I don’t win. I have my fingers crossed though. I would love to have this book to share with my Dad. I grew up listening to my Dad play and sing. He would love this so much. So interesting.
There are so many great guitarists – My Dad is #1 but these are pretty great also. Angus Young from Ac/Dc, Slash from Guns-n-roses/Velvet revolver, Joe Perry from Aerosmith, John Fogerty, Bo Diddley, Mark Knopfler from Dire Straits, Robert Johnson- I think he sold his soul to the devil to play like he did, Jack White from The White Stripes, The guys from ZZTop, Jimmy Page from Led Zeppelin, David Gilmour from Pink Floyd, Kurt Cobain from Nirvana. There are some greats from country also- I love the sound of Johnny Cash with his guitar, Merle Haggard, Marty Stuart, Ricky Skaggs, Brad Paisley and Keith Urban.
OMG!!! I forgot Joe Walsh! I am sorry Joe 🙂 Now I have to listen to Life In The Fast Lane to redeem myself.
