Everything is done via text, and they do all the sales shopping, brand searching and perfect outfit picking for you. I recently got to experience working with a Ropazi stylist/shopper and now I’m completely spoiled. It’s as easy as 1-2-3 and the most difficult part is deciding between all the goodies they find for you. Once your stylist texts you, they are on the ground running. They ask who you are shopping for and any specifics. For me, I wanted a nautical theme for outfits for my three, but I didn’t want the outfits all to completely match. Once I explained that and sizes to Samantha, she had 4 different options for me within an hour, including shoes and accessories. I narrowed down pieces I liked and didn’t and chose what I was going to buy. You can pay via PayPal or credit card, then your items are shipped straight to you.

I was extremely happy with the service. Samantha was courteous, had great style ideas and genuinely cared about what I wanted. I thought once I placed the order, I would just be done, but Samantha updated me with shipping information and then to follow-up to make sure the clothes fit the kids how I would like. Now that I’ve started a great rapport Samantha, I won’t hesitate texting her again for something else.
