Night Buddies Make The Perfect Night Light – Holiday Gift Guide 2013

Night Buddies are a plush night light that comfort children during bed time. They add an extra sense of security and easily light up by squeezing them. There are two different styles: vehicles and ocean animals (all equally cute). The vehicles come in an airplane, convertible, race car and truck. The ocean animals include a shark, orca, turtle and dolphin. There is information on each Night Buddie available on their website so children can learn about their buddy.

I received Night Buddies from the vehicle collection: AC Airlines (the airplane), Haley (the convertible) and WC Racecar (the racecar). These are so adorable and have the perfect amount of light when you squeeze them; they aren’t too bright at all which I am glad about. I have found that night lights don’t work well with my children, but only a small part of Night Buddies light up so they are perfect.

My children are not reading yet (they are two and four years old), however, they love to take a book to bed. So now with their Haley, AC Airlines and WC Racecar they can “read” their books while they are in bed. My daughter is so happy and doesn’t cry when it’s night time because she knows she is going to get to take her Night Buddie, Haley, with her to sleep.

These are the perfect size to take to bed since they are not too big or bulky. They are also a great size to take along with you. Children can even take them to sleepovers. As soon as my son grabbed his he turned the lights on. My daughter, on the other hand, had a little more difficulty but as soon as I showed her how to squeeze (hug) Haley, she was able to do it. They have a timer so you don’t have to worry about them staying on too long. My children really like these night lights and they come in so handy at night time!
