Well, he did it! Nick graduated from high school! (I know this is past graduation time, but I still wanted to let you know) It was a close call there. He had two online classes that he had to finish and he saved those for the last minute (of course). Finding out two days before you are due to walk that you passed your finals really sucked! LOL And yes, he did walk.
Many people have asked me, ‘Did you cry?’ My answer was a definite ‘YES’. Not only when they called his name, but as some of the speakers were talking about memories and achievements I got misty-eyed.
I did feel bad that I didn’t have a party for him. But we decided to go out to dinner with the family. It was the first time since 2006 that my whole family was together. It was a nice little reunion. We had a great time!
