I love toys that are made solid and safe for my toddler to play with. Toys that are unique and unlike anything else my daughter or I have ever seen before is also very important. BeginAgain toys are made in the USA and are geared towards different learning techniques for a child. For instance some of their toys are in the ‘Writer’s’ section, where other toys are in the ‘Artist’ and ‘Sportster’. I received the Cat Family Puzzle from the Artist section, the Lemonade Set from the Writer section and the Bathtub Ball – Shark Tank from the Hero section. I try to provide toys for my daughter that will help her in the creativity and imagination area.
BeginAgain toys are made out of:
- Natural rubber
- Natural cotton fabrics
- Sustainably harvested woods
- Wheat starch plastic
- Bamboo
The rubber toys have a distinct rubber smell to them but it’s not your typical scent. This smell is not to bad and even after my daughter had the Bathtub Ball in the water they still came out smelling like they did when they were in their box.
Although my daughter had a hard time pulling the octopus out of the yellow bathtub ball she had a lot of fun with the other rubber toys in the tub. The cat puzzle was entertaining for quite a while and she still pulls it out from time to time to play with it. Although it’s a little hard sometimes for even myself to put the puzzle back together, there’s no doubt it makes you think. As far as the lemonade set goes, my toddler enjoyed pretending to pour tea into each little cup. She was insistent that the cups had to be on their little white plates. The ice tray that comes with the set is super cute also! Plus it’s made of safe materials so I’m comfortable letting my child play with them.
