As a parent, we have the absolute best intention for our children don’t we?! Absolutely no technology during the school week, 3 books read each day, only educational learning tools and fewer toys. Then real life gets in the way and sometimes you feel you are behind the eight ball. When I discovered M is for Monster I thought maybe it was too good to be true. It is a monthly subscription box aimed at preschool aged children that are filled with educational learning items, books, toys and so much more.

When I received my box to try out, I knew I was going to love it. Some of the main highlights are that the activities are separated by week and theme, each in its own brightly colored bag closed with the so cute monster logo. In the November box there was a pumpkin, apple, football and corn themed bag. I am completely impressed by the organization and thoughtfulness of each product. Every supply you could need for the month is also included in the box, including glue, paint, markers, etc.

Working with my children and watching how happy they were with the activities cemented my happiness with the service. The kids learned while having fun, it was projects we could work on together and a book that fit perfectly into their education plan. Heck. The perfectly laid out plans and activities made me feel like a proper teacher! PS: Teachers, I adore you and appreciate all the work you do each day!

The secret behind the perfectly planned boxes is the owner of M is for Monster is a mother, just like many of us, who wanted to enjoy crafting with her children, but found buying proper supplies for each activity frustrating. Her frustration has now helped us all! Another great feature of the M is for Monster box is that you can easily add on items if you have more than one child. This subscription would be an awesome holiday gift, as your loved one would receive educational hands on learning each month.

Connect with M is for Monster on Facebook and Twitter!

A monthly subscription box features crafts for toddlers ages 2-3 and preschool activities for your 4 or 5 year old. A single box costs $39.95 or subscribe monthly for $36.95!

This is a great product. I can find so many things for my Granddaughter who is older but not my Grandson who is 2. This is perfect for him. He loves activities and learning. Thanks so much for this review, looks like some little guy is going to be happy this summer. 😊

I loved purchasing my child subscription art boxes when she was younger. I love how these are not only artsy but also educational! I would have purchased these long ago if it was around!

This is a cute idea for preschoolers learning the alphabet. It’s a little expensive for my budget but it does give great ideas of what you can do yourself to start the process.
