Even though I am past the maternity and labor portion of babyhood, I am still in the throes of mom hair, comfy pants and “baby weight”. I’m at that point where I really need to lose that weight and since baby girl hit 10 months, I really can’t consider it the baby weight. I put away my maternity clothes 9 months ago. I wear my yoga pants and comfy tee shirts way more than I should at home. I know I need to do two things for myself. 1, lose the weight I would like and 2, wear something that makes me feel pretty. I’m not a short dress type of girl, so why not try something different. It was so absolutely comfortable, so much so, it could give my yoga pants a run for their money! I enjoy the empire type waist helps the dress lay over my troublesome areas. As a mama, I also greatly appreciate the pockets. The maxi I have enjoyed more than I ever thought. Always being a plus size lady, I always steered way clear of any prints, let alone a bold damask. I have now worn this dress to church, a wedding reception, a party and more. Hubby caught a candid of me and my daughter swinging and it’s a pic I don’t completely dislike of me. Not only is the dress comfortable, but it is also nursing friendly too.
