Exergen will help you with the task of taking your child’s temperature with ease! Read Heather’s review then enter to win a thermometer! But don’t worry, the fun doesn’t end here! Each blogger in the Fall Harvest Hop will be hosting a giveaway with a minimum value of $25.00. Hop on to the next blog for your chance to win.

We all want to make sure our babies are healthy, even ourselves. Taking the right temperature is vital in protecting ourselves and our little ones from viruses and sickness. Exergen provides an excellent temporal thermometer that you can press to the middle of the forehead and slide across to the hair line. It’s painless and you don’t have to worry about taking rectal temperatures or under the armpit. I have struggled in the past before with taking my daughter’s temperature, especially when she obviously had a fever and I couldn’t tell if it was too high or low enough. When she was an infant taking a rectal temperature was almost impossible since she squirmed everywhere, and now that she’s a toddler I doubt it would be any easier!

Thanks to Exergen I have been able to check my daughter’s temperature without worrying about having to insert where I really don’t want to. She can’t squirm and injure herself and it only takes a few seconds to get a correct read. She even tried using it on me and our dogs. Even though it didn’t work on our dogs, she almost had a correct reading on me! It’s not only easy to use but my daughter can use it as well. Simply place it to the middle of the forehead, press and hold the button down, slide it across the forehead over to the hair line and let go of the button. It will beep and the small screen will light up to tell you the temperature. So far it’s been accurate every time. I tried it four times in a row on her forehead just to make sure it was correct and it was.

I honestly think every parent should have one of these and even without children it’s useful! Instead of sticking thermometers in your mouth under your tongue or under your armpit, this is easy, quick and painless. Straight forward. No fuss.

You can purchase an Exergen Temporal thermometer on Amazon!
