Do you have a bath time fan in your house? All three of my kiddos have been little fish when it comes to water. When they are tiny it’s adorable and fun, you take a few pics, splash a little and it’s done in a few minutes. Then they get older. Showers take longer, water bills rise and you start setting timers. (I lost track of time last week and realized my eight years old had been in running water for 45 minutes!!) So I’ve encouraged the older two to enjoy baths again. With a few fun toys, they happily oblige and everyone is happy yet again. Did you know June 14th is International Bath Day?!
Check out a few of these awesome water toys to celebrate Bath Day, take to the pool or convince big kids that baths are still just as exciting!
The Yookidoo® Submarine Spray Station. It features a circulating pump system that attaches to the bottom of the tub and draws water up through the yellow submarine into the diver shower head. Squeeze the sides of the diver to make a gentle stream or aim the shower head into funnels to generate a chain reaction of magical effects! This has been fun for all three kiddos. Heck, I even had a blast making the blue characters eyes go all crazy the more water I funneled in 😉
Take stuffed animals in the pool? Say yes with SoapSox featuring six beloved Disney characters, including Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Ariel, Flounder, Nemo, and Squirt. Please keep an eye on this fun company, they are currently introducing new characters; including an adorable black bear and beaver.
The Marcus & Marcus Silicone Bath Toys are must have toys for your water squirting-loving little ones! Each squirter is made of BPA free and phthalate free silicone. They are not just fun to play with but mold-free! Available in 5 animal character designs: Marcus the Lion, Pokey the Pig, Lola the Giraffe, Ollie the Elephant and Willo the Whale. They also come in Submarine and Rocket Ship. These are easy to get the water out, dry well and are just fun.
How will you spend International Bath Day? Scrubbing up your kiddos or with bubbles, a good book and a glass of your favorite drink? Either way, enjoy June 14th!
