Kids and their action figures. It’s a tale as old as time. Having the strongest, the coolest, or being the only one to have that special guy. I remember growing up my neighbor loved getting new GI Joe figures because each would have a new weapon or way to fight. However, everyone could have that same guy, it was not special or unique.
Fast forward a couple of decades and now you can help the child in your life create a super hero whom is as unique as they are! HeroMe is a company that has a lab that creates unique and fun HeroMe characters. You can meet Dr. Socs the Chief Scientist, who is interested in helping create your child’s superhero to do good int he world. The message behind HeroMe is to enhance each child’s creativity, learn science through fun play and some super exercises.
Our HeroMe arrived in his rocket ship. The packaging is fun and colorful and be continually used for your HeroMe as storage or as it’s intended…a rocket ship to fly around! When you are creating your hero, you get to choose his head (hair, eye color), a special arm and a special leg. The site is really fun on the creation process, as you get to see how extra strong the different parts help your hero become! You can choose a bionic arm, a helicopter arm and more. We chose the lava arm. And for his left leg, you can get a tank, cheetah, the frog like we did or more. Introducing you to Jophus Lave Frog! My sons middle name is Joseph and when my daughter was younger she couldn’t quite pronounce it, and Jophus is what came out. We still call him Jophus to this day because it was so stinking cute.
On top of the fun personalization and making your own HeroMe, I love that the company sends out activities to keep your child engaged. Whether they do want to learn more about science, or even volunteerism, it’s am amazing introduction into some amazing avenues through a fun toy. I’m hoping as the company grows, they will add a female Hero to the family.
