Fast Cleaning With The Ergorapido Power From Electrolux – Holiday Gift Guide 2013

I’m pretty sure you’ve heard of Electrolux. Have you heard of their Ergorapido Power for cleaning hard surfaces? I have the exciting opportunity to share the amazing features of this vacuum with you guys! Trust me, you will fall in love with it just as much as I did. I have always struggled with cleaning my kitchen and bathroom floors. It’s hard to keep my floors clean with three dogs and a toddler running through the house! This vacuum has definitely been a blessing in our house and has taken out the hard work from using my old vacuum on the floor or even sweeping it. No more bending over and hurting my back, and no more back and forth action with my heavy vacuum. My body can rest with the Electrolux Ergorapido Power.

Some nifty facts about this vacuum:

These are just a few of the great features this vacuum has. My husband was the first to use it and was so excited to clean the floor. The minute you press the button there is a low toned vacuum sound. Not too loud to be annoying and it’s very high tech sounding. The Ergorapido Power is very light so it’s easy to run it over your hard floors within seconds and finish quickly. Instead of pushing a heavy vacuum or sweeping your floors with a broom you can use this within seconds and with ease. No more hurting your back or your arms with the constant back and forth motion! It also has an LED light on the bottom part so you can see if you missed any dirt. It does help light up the floor so you can see any particles a lot easier than without it.

With the Brushroll Clean Technology you can untangle hair stuck in the brushes. My husband used this and it was fast and efficient in untangling the hair. If only this was around a long time ago, it would have saved me so much time trying to untangle the hair myself!

When vacuuming, U.S. users are far more irritated by having to clean the brushroll than other countries. More than 40 percent of Americans said they found it irritating or very irritating. Nearly 9 percent of Americans feel a tangled brushroll is the biggest issue with vacuuming, compared to a 4 percent global average.

Another nice feature is the fact that the bottom part swivels. It twists and turns around corners and makes it easy to get into spaces that are difficult to get to. Plus if you don’t feel like turning your whole body to get the vacuum into a certain area you can simply turn the top handle and the bottom part swivels with ease. This is very handy for people who want to clean quickly and get it over with.

If you need to clean your counters because you spilled some sugar or something else then simply push on the 2-in-1 button and release the handheld vacuum that comes with the Ergorapido Power. There is a suction hole on the bottom of this that is turned to make it easy to capture any extra spills on the counter. This sounds just like the regular vacuum and when you hit the power button it actually shudders just a little as though it’s powering up to high speed! Instant, efficient and very fast. I love this handheld attachment. You can also use the brush attachment that comes with the vacuum. Simply hook it to the bottom of the handheld attachment and brush along small areas that you can’t get to without it. When you’re finished just clip it onto the back of the tall part and you’re done!

To clean the filter it’s actually inside the handheld vacuum. It comes apart easily with two buttons. Dump it, pull the filter out as you see and shake that out too. You can pull a little button in the back to flex the filter as seen in the above photos. Let go and it shakes off the extra particles so it’s clean once more. This part can also be cleaned in water to help you from replacing it too frequently.

When you’re done simply attach it back to it’s charging base. This must recharge constantly. I keep it plugged in all the time and it has Energy Star on it so of course it’s going to save you the consumption of electricity. Before I used it the first time I let it sit and charge for at least 12 hours before I used it. Although we only use it for about 10 minutes or less at a time it has lasted that long if not longer.

I’m very very pleased with the Ergorapido Power from Electrolux. It’s an amazing vacuum for hard surfaces and it cleans within seconds. No worries about having to go over the same spot two and three times to make sure it’s clean. Pretty much one swipe and the floor is cleaned. Plus this can stand on it’s own without the charging dock if you need to move a piece of furniture without holding onto the vacuum.

Electrolux has excellent household products for presents if you are in the shopping mood. You can purchase the Ergorapido Power from them for $200. This only comes in the purple metallic color but it’s pleasing to the eyes no matter where it’s sitting in your house.
