Cute Socks For Kid’s Feet And An Easy Way To Give Back

When I first started getting subscription boxes, it was new and unique and I would order a ton. There is something fun and exciting about getting surprises each month, or quarterly. Aside from where to store sample sized items, or receiving somethings that weren’t quite my taste, I was still enjoying the intrigue. Then, I really started looking into what the companies were about and if/what they were giving back. After this investigation, my subscriptions started lapsing.

Socks to Share

I first heard about Sharing Small from a friend. They not only send out two pairs of adorable socks each month, but every time your child receives their socks, Sharing Small sends out the same pair to a charity in need. Why socks you may ask? Mostly because socks are one of the most requested donation item, because they can’t be given used.

Sharing Small

Our Sharing Small package came directly addressed to my son, with his socks enclosed and an adorable postcard from the adorable explorers featured on each pair of socks. The socks are made in three sizes and fit age range from 2 to 12. Each month there are new designs on the socks. The socks feature the Sharing Small Explorers and the new adventure that they go on.

Chasing Dinosaurs

The socks themselves are a perfect weight for kids. They are the perfect thickness for active kids and have held up extremely well through the many wears of a nearly 4 year old. I also enjoyed trying to have the conversation with my children and what giving back is and how receiving the socks are helping. My older daughter was more impressed since she understood it better, my son was just intrigued that another kid will get to wear the same socks he is!

One reader will be randomly chosen to win a $30 coupon code to Sharing Small. Open to Continental US residents only who are 18 or older. Those socks are super cute! I’m sure I would have no trouble giving a little one a pair of these.
