BeginAgain Toys Animal Family Puzzles Review {Holiday Gift Guide}

My son loves puzzles and I could only imagine my daughter would love them too. Sure enough I was right. The difference? She picks up her mess when she’s done! I was excited to have her review a few puzzles from BeginAgain Toys since we’re starting to grow from the chunky board puzzles to the more complicated puzzle.

My daughter was sent the Elephant Family and the Cat Family puzzles and she was immediately attracted to the cats. We have a cat so I can only assume that was the reason. We opened the cats, took it out of the box and she tried her best to fit the pieces back to their original place. It was a bit tricky for her at first and took a few days for her to get some of the shapes into their spots. At 21 months I think that’s pretty good since this puzzle is a lot more complicated to master. The elephant puzzle was a little easier simply because of their shapes. My daughter was a little rough with the baby elephant since it was so cute and his trunk broke off. Nothing a little glue wouldn’t fix.

My son likes to do them outside of the box standing up like a 3D puzzle. At three he definitely wanted to be involved and not left out of the process but he still had to do it his way much to his sister’s dismay of course. He said he liked the elephant puzzle the best because he’d never seen an elephant puzzle. While the puzzle seemed a little complicated to him at first he quickly got the hang of it and has since mastered them both. My kids both love these puzzles and play with them often. My son said he wanted to test the Dinosaur A to Z puzzle next so if he wants more they have to be great!

Follow BeginAgain Toys on Facebook  and Twitter and make sure they make it under your Christmas tree this holiday season! You can find BeginAgain toys at Whole Foods stores too! Look for a great giveaway for two Animal Family puzzles on the 26th!
