I have three kids and you never know when one of them will fall ill or start to feel icky. My poor daughter has been sick with a stomach bug for a few days and it’s so heart wrenching for me. I can tell she isn’t feeling well when she’s willing to lay on the couch and watch cartoons then falls asleep. Normally it’s like pulling teeth to get her to take a nap and at the ripe old age of four she feels she doesn’t need them anymore. A homeopathic liquid nausea medicine would help us be ready for the inevitable.
I never anticipated her getting a stomach bug. I’ve been ill myself so I was totally unprepared. No food or drinks that would help her upset tummy since I’d not been to the store in a week. It’s pretty much Mother Hubbard in our house now. However, I think I do a good job keeping over the counter medications and remedies at hand and I’m pretty thankful in this instance for having Nauzene® Kids which we’ll add to our medicine cabinet.
Nauzene Kids is Pediatrician Recommended and has no parabens, artificial flavors, dyes, and it is both gluten and aspirin free. And since it is aspirin free is can be given to those with “stomach flu”, car sickness, and upset tummies that are as young as two. Nauzene Kids works well for adults to relieve nausea from “stomach flu”, motion sickness and overindulgence in food and drink. Just one product to buy to take care of the family’s nausea.
Don’t worry about it tasting bad either! This homeopathic formula has a natural-grape flavor that kids and adults will find pleasing.
Unlike some other popular nausea remedies, Nauzene Kids has no salicylates (which should not be given to children under 12)

Use the BRAT diet. Lots of crackers!

7 UP and Ritz crackers work to help soothe a sour stomach. We try to keep them on hand along with soup.

For those traveling who get motion sickness, make sure you have something in your stomach. NOT a heavy meal – no – but something light, with slow-digesting carbs, like crackers. Preventing dehydration will help too, so have lots of water on hand. When all else fails, go to Nauzene!

Keeping our daughter rear facing for as long as possible seemed to really help with car sickness.

Wash hands as often as you can and always before and after you eat. I would like to try this for car sickness since that is something that happens often to me.
