I am all about unique friendly toys for my daughter. Especially ones that keep her entertained for a while, even if she goes away and comes right back to it. B. Toys is, in my opinion, is one of those toy makers that has a lot of unique toys for children. They have so many awesome toys that I wish I had them all for my daughter. The Meowsic Keyboard from Just B. is a keyboard designed to look like a cat’s face with paws. The teeth are the keys on the keyboard! How awesome is that?! I love this toy. I’ve even found myself playing with it while my daughter has been in the other room asleep. Nothing wrong with having fun right?
The keyboard has plenty of functions to keep a child entertained for a while. On the left paw you have the noises the keys make. You can choose from the following options:
- Piano
- Bells
- Meow
- Organ
- Banjo
The right paw has a microphone which you can pull out with a cord and press a button so it sucks it back inside. Very useful instead of the cord getting tangle or wrapped around something. This prevents all that fuss. It also has options to make a beat or tempo to be exact:
- Rock
- Blues
- Samba
- Techno
- Disco
You can also record the key strokes on the keyboard and play it back. On the bottom part of the keyboard next to the right paw are volume buttons and tempo buttons to make the tempo faster or slower, louder or quieter. The nose of the cat is the stop button. Next to the left cat eye is a music button that will play instrumental music and next to the right cat eye has a button to play music that has children singing them. If you want to pick the keyboard up to move it there is a groove indent in the back so you can pick it up. Kind of like a handle but not in the way.
I have taken this keyboard in the car with me and traveled around with it. It doesn’t get in the way too much and it’s very durable. I love this piano, it’s exactly what every child should have in the house. The songs are nowhere near annoying and it’s adorable to me that my daughter is obsessed with singing into the microphone! It won’t be long and she will be a rock star. Right?
