When I think of lovey blankets and comfort items, I immediately think newborn and great baby shower gifts. There’s nothing cuter than a sweet new baby snuggled up in a blankie. Everyone always finds their favorite, whether it’s because of coordinating colors, a special fabric or texture. Why can’t older kids have a lovey too? What if it did more than just comfort? Baby Jack Blankets is mom inspired business and created and cultivated with kids in mind. Run by mom Kelley and inspired by CEO Jack (her son) this company has so many reasons to love.

First, the product. The tradition lovey is sewn, with minky fabric on one side and satin on the other. The benefit of this tagged blankie is that all the tags are sewn shut, as to not get little fingers stuck. We received the ABC 123 Sensory Educational Blanket for review. The quality is amazing. Sewn to last and the colors are vibrant and amazing. I love that my son is learning as well as loving on this blanket. He searches for letter and numbers and is so proud to show off his skills. With technology overload these days, I love that he gladly lies down with this lovey, rubs it and relaxes. I must admit, as he’s left it lying around, I’ve picked it up and found myself lost in the soft fabric and can see how any child, regardless of age can appreciate this sensory item. There is just so calming about the silky and minky feeling.

Next, the owner. She is absolutely amazing with the public and her customers. She is humbled by her fame and strives to do more and give more. She is currently advertising a #spreadthelovey campaign where you can give the gift of comfort and love to children in need. Kelley is also open to suggestions and comments on improving her line.

Connect with Baby Jack Blankets on  Facebook, Twitter, Instagram or Pinterest.

Although we didn’t have the traditional experience with the lovey, it surely has seen some love and use and I know there will be more Baby Jack in our house and as gifts in the future.

Oddly enough, I hate the feeling of tags/ribbon in my fingers. But I do think the fabric part looks very soft.

Oh they look so soft!!! I love all the little taggies on it! Carter loves to hold his blankie when going to bed and fiddle with it…this would be so fun!

I would have never thought for them for older kids but it makes perfect sense with how soft and colorful they are.
