caseableHave you ever wanted a case for your iPhone, iPad or any other electronic device that wasn’t plain and bland looking? Caseable has amazing cases, covers, pouches and sleeves for whatever electronic device you may want covered. I had the opportunity to review the “Floral Skull” iPad 2 Case designed by Ali Gulec and the “Owl” iPhone 5s case also designed by Ali Gulec. I love art that draws you in and has many complex features. Ali Gulec’s designs are pleasing to the eyes and not harsh. The colors blend beautifully together and they make it almost impossible to look away. They are unique in their own way and I have fallen in love with the art not only on the two products that I received to review, but the other items available in caseable’s shop designed by that artist.

caseThe iPad 2 Case is very sturdy and soft in texture. The stitching is very well done on the outside and on the inside and you can flip the cover around to the back of the iPad so it’s not in your way when you’re using it. The inside has one band on each corner and one long one on the far right to hold the iPad in place if you’re traveling with it. When I first received this case I immediately popped my iPad in it. It covers the iPad very well and is strong enough to hold it without letting it fall out. On the inside of the case on the left side is a pocket where you can store papers or cards if you need to. It’s very handy! I’m very pleased with this case and I feel it’s an excellent buy if you’re looking for a nice cover for your iPad or tablet. Below are some of the features of this iPad 2 Case.

  • Hand-crafted in Brooklyn, NY from recycled materials
  • Tough and rigid interior structure with neoprene padding
  • Included wake-up magnet capabilities
  • Soft interior microsuede with inside pockets for documents

iphone5sphonecaseI picked out the iPhone 5s case because I desperately needed  new phone and didn’t have a case to accompany it for protection. This case clicks on easily however it does not seem as though it’s attached to the case in a secure manner. My husband is not wild about cases that do not wrap around the front more than what this one did. This one did not wrap around at all but instead lined up with the front edge of the phone. The case is plastic however very well made and soft on the surface. This is the perfect case for someone who just wants it to be stylish and non-protective. I would use it around the house or if I was stationary for a while. I know if my iPhone dropped with this case on it, face down, the phone would probably shatter. However I’m excited that it was made out of recyclable materials and in Brooklyn, NY.

You can purchase the iPad 2 case for $49.90 and the iPhone 5s case for $34.90 from caseable.
