This has not gone as planned. The ideas are spinning around in my head and I feel as though I have more to offer than I’m putting forth. First, I don’t think I’ve properly introduced myself so let’s get started. I won’t divulge my full life story in one post, after all I want you to come back! I’m an Ohio girl where I am the baby of the family by almost 10 years. I was the annoying little sister who got locked in closets and hauled on dates which I can imagine was super embarrassing! Despite the age gap my sister is one of my closest friends, even though we disagree and are total opposites on many issues. I am currently living in South Bend, Indiana where my husband was relocated for work and am learning to accept what I have than rather than dwelling on things that may not be. I love reading and if I find a great book or series the world stops until I finish, which is never a good thing! I also love playing video games, poker, and darts although those are liberties of my life before children. Speaking of which, I have two of them. On most er all occasions (as I look to the right and there are fresh pen marks on the wall, seriously) they are the apple of my eye and let’s cut to the chase they think I’m the greatest thing since slice bread too! More about them later…really….they are quite amusing. My hope for this blog is to show that while MY life might not be glamorous there is humor in our ordinary day to day routines!
