Are you stressed? I know I am and so is my husband, my neighbors, my children’s teachers, etc. Believe me when I say you’re not alone! See those three kids up there? They are sometimes my biggest stress but also my biggest stress reliever! Stress is a part of life and believe it or not stress isn’t so bad sometimes. It’s normal. Going on a job interview, taking a test, your daughter’s first date are all normal everyday life occurrences that produce stress. I’ve found a few ways to cope with stress listed below:
Go for a walk. During the nice days in Ohio I’ll go for a walk with my family. Or sometimes I’ll push the stroller by myself around the block.
I grocery shop with my headphones on. Yes, that implies I’m at the grocery store by myself which should be less stress to begin with! There’s just something about being lost in music or an audiobook. Oh. And people don’t bug you.
Reading a book. Again, sometimes there’s not time during the day. But just telling my husband that I need 15 minutes to ‘go somewhere else’ let’s me get lost in my own head. I also speed read so in 15 minutes I can get pretty far!
Hang with my kids. Sometimes I just need to become a kid again. I NEED to act silly, play with them on the floor, play hide and seek, tumble on the ground, craft with my daughter, and just be free to do whatever they want me to do.
Trying RESCUE Pastilles. RESCUE is a homeopathic and natural way to stress less and stay calm and in control. Did I mention it comes in lemon flavor (my favorite) and an awesome tin. (Don’t judge my love for awesomeness) RESCUE was developed by a doctor, is gentle and non-habit-forming. It’s also been used by millions!
RESCUE products can be purchased in a variety of forms including RESCUE Pastilles ($9.99 ARV), RESCUE Pearls ($9.99 ARV) and RESCUE Sleep Liquid Melts ($9.99 ARV). RESCUE are now available in the US at CVS, Walgreens, Whole Foods, Sprouts and wherever you find natural products.
I’ve shared how I deal with my stress so tell me what ways do you relieve stress in your life?

When I saw the first pic, I thought stress and smiles times three….kids are both! Love the idea of headphones at the store or even on a walk. I’m a big book fan…read a lot to de-stress.
