A Fail Safe Gift

I received products or compensation in exchange for this post. All views and opinions reflect those of my own.

We are a doll household. From the pink branded variety, baby size, 18 inch, and cloth, we’ve collected them all. With an older sister who also collected and even some hand me downs from mom, my five-year-old has truly lucked out in the Dollie category. But because she has acquired so many great dolls, she often doesn’t have some that are just hers. She has also started noticing the unique characteristics of dolls and appreciating them when they aren’t like the others.

I am so excited to introduce her (and you all) to Failfix dolls from Moose Toys. If you are looking for unique, these have it covered. These fun and fresh dolls are a new twist on a doll. The backstory is that these dolls tried some of the latest online beauty trends and failed. I love this, one because it’s relatable and two because even my youngest watched YouTube videos of this and recognizes it. I have laughed along with the kids as people have video themselves trying a new mask or hair tool and it going horribly awry.

Then the fun begins when your child gets to help fix the fail! They will transform the doll’s hair and makeup with the included accessories and top it off with a surprise fashion item. This transforming concept takes me back to when I would play with dolls as a young child. Inevitably hair would get messed up, or an ornery brother would draw a tattoo on an arm or face. Then I took all my younger self skills to make the doll beautiful again. The FailFix dolls are doing this with a refreshed and on-trend idea.

Currently, there are five dolls in the #FailFix squad each with their own fail and personality. Also, there are now pet makeover packs, which I think are just as adorably fun as the squad. Keep an eye on all the great things Moose Toys has to offer on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
