I would choose the Deluxe, because it is a thick pillow. I sleep on my sides and back, and this pillow would support my neck in all positions. I like the fact that the pillows have a thermatic cooler gel pad action.

But I did learn that these technogel pillows are memory foam with 3 d texture and support head and neck for a more comfortable sleep
a couple of sleep tips they have on site say not to indulge in a lot of food before bedtime, try eating 2-3 hours before going to sleep. Also, if you have to take a nap in the daytime limit it to 20 minutes.
In a perfect world I could afford to get their Estasi+ mattress. It is the most comfortable looking mattress I have ever seen!
