Original Sprout Review

There are many different kinds of shampoos and conditioners out there, as well as baby shampoos and conditioners, but are you sure you’re choosing the right one for your child, or even for yourself? I have just recently started using natural products, whether I eat them or use them for certain things and I love all of the products I’ve received.

Original Sprout has an awesome line of Tahitian Sun shampoo, conditioner and hair oil, as well as an amazing line of baby products. I was sent the Tahitian Sun shampoo, conditioner and hair oil as well as a bottle of baby shampoo and conditioner for my daughter, which can be used for all children, not just babies. Their products are vegan, biodegradable, certified organic, free of extra unnecessary additives and to make it even better, the person who invented the Original Sprout line is a master stylist who built a home school at her house and created this product within nine years time after the birth of her daughter! I call that dedication!  Those years really paid off for an amazing line of products!

The Tahitian Sun has a subtle hint of a tropical scent, almost like something you would use on the beach, perhaps on vacation. Both the shampoo and conditioner have a slight bronze tint to them and just applying the shampoo to my hair made it smooth to the touch, it was also very easy to rinse out. The conditioner was also very easy to apply to my hair and quick to rinse out, and the scent was to die for, it almost left me feeling as though I had just been in Tahiti on vacation for 10 minutes and definitely made me want to jump back in the shower and do it all over again.

Immediately following my shower I rubbed a dab of the oil between my fingers and simply placed it along the strands of my hair. For some reason the oil reminds me very much of the product Bio silk but the Original Sprout oil was easier to apply and didn’t leave my fingers all oily after I rubbed it into my hair. I also like the fact that the oil didn’t make my hair too oily just oily enough to help me de-tangle my hair. The oil helped make my hair shinier whether I blow dried it or left it air dry and it also helped when I brushed the nasty knots out of my hair. Again, I would take a shower ten times a day with the Tahitian Sun products if I could!

The baby shampoo and conditioner is a special product and it even has on the front what it does not include, so I was very happy and felt safe using it on my daughter. The scent is very subtle and sweet smelling and did not suds up as much as other products do so it was very easy to rinse out without leaving residue on my daughter’s hair and body. The product also left my daughter’s hair soft after use and I definitely didn’t have a problem smelling her hair afterwards. (I’m weird like that, I just love the smell of her hair no matter what!) All in all I absolutely love Original Sprout’s products and I would purchase all of my body and hair care through them, especially since they are natural and don’t use the additives that other brands do.

You can purchase the Tahitian Sun shampoo and conditioner for $19.99 for an 8 oz. bottle, the hair oil for $24.99 for a 4 oz. bottle and the baby shampoo and conditioner is $8.99 for a 4 oz. bottle.

Original Sprout is being very kind and offering everyone 10% off their entire order, good for first time orders only! Please use this code at checkout: FIRST_ORDER_10-U. You can also find Original Sprout on Facebook and Twitter too. Through March 17th you can also enter to win a $50 Original Sprout online gift certificate! Good Luck!

Very nice! My wife loves trying new products and I think she’d like the oil too, her hair is frizzy and she always complains that nothing works on it.

I like that these products from Original Sprout have no additives. That’s important to me as I have very sensitive skin.
