Comfortable T-Shirts For The Whole Family {Review and Giveaway}

By: Amanda35 Comments

fivefinger

I love shirts that pertain to movies, shows, anything with funny sayings.. just an all around generally good shirt. Something I can wear out because it’s tasteful, or wear inside because it’s just plain or maybe wrong to wear in public (Although some people have to courage, I definitely do not!). I just love t-shirts! When they have cool, interesting sayings or just a cool design on the front or even back of them, I have no problem picking it out to be one of my favorite shirts for the day. Of course, I don’t have many shirts like that, and I have to hunt for that perfect shirt that feels comfortable to go out in or just lounge around in. You also want it to look nice, right?

Five Finger Tees has shirts just like that! I picked out a few shirts, one for myself and a couple for my husband because my husband is more of t-shirt type of person and I’m a bit picky. I’m excited to say the shirts arrived folded up nice and neatly, and looked amazing. Sadly, I have an issue sometimes when it comes to picking out shirts for myself, especially if it is designed specifically for a female. I am (excuse me here) larger on top and much smaller around my waist so I am proportioned a little differently than most women. Shirts tend to be more on the snug side up top than they are around my waist and it can become a hassle until I wear them enough they just fit to my body the way I want them to.

The case is the same with the female shirt I chose. I went with a dark navy blue “Dunder Mifflin Paper Company”, because .. well, let’s face it, The Office is the best show known to man kind (My opinion here, just saying!). I tried the shirt on, mind you it has not been washed yet.. and it was of course a little snug around my shoulders and my chest area, which is always what I run across. No problem though, I ran it through the wash on cold water with the other two shirts and hung them all up to dry since running them through the dryer always presents a problem for me.

The two shirts I chose for my husband fit him perfectly, in fact, I had a hard time picking out the perfect shirt for him because the site had many that fit his personality! The first shirt is a heather grey with black ink of Darth Vader (He’s a HUGE Star Wars fan.. can you blame him?), and it says “Worlds Greatest Dad” and he doesn’t have a ‘dad’ t-shirt yet, so this was perfect. The second shirt is a dark navy blue to match the color of mine and it has “SAMCRO” across the front in the typical box that is associated with the television show. Just like him, I am obsessed with Sons of Anarchy, so that shirt fits both of our personalities. Although it’s a mens shirt, I probably will be borrowing it from time to time. (Shh..) My husband absolutely loves both of the shirts I chose for him, and has chosen them every time they are washed for his ensemble for that day.

The second time I washed them I ran them through the dryer and again they came out just fine, no shrinking or anything. So I would say I haven’t had a problem whatsoever with washing and then drying them. I washed them with cold water and regular detergent. All in all, these t-shirts are a great value, they are very nice solid Gildan heavy cotton shirts. They are much better than the ones you would generally find in a retail store, and they have all sorts of sayings and designs you can choose from plus you get to choose the color of the shirt which is even better!

For one shirt the price is $11.99, and if you choose size 2XL and up you have to add a couple dollars. Connect with Five Finger Tees on Facebook and Twitter. Have fun shopping! Enter in the Rafflecopter form below for your chance to win one t-shirt of your choice! Ends 4/9 and valid to those 18+ US only.
