My son has recently become a fan of the story Peter Pan and loves to talk about John, Michael, and Wendy and insists that Tonya’s son (Michael) is really the Michael in the story and likes to say they are flying together to Neverland. I think it’s so cute and I asked if he wanted to be Peter Pan for Halloween and of course his answer was ‘yes’.
We received the costume in the mail and my son knew instantly the package was his. Somehow he just knew it was the costume (kid instinct?) and was bugging me to put it on before I got it open. We got the Peter Pan Disney Toddler/Child costume in size 4/6. I figured that if it were a little big it could be hemmed or it would leave enough room for pants and a shirt. He’s pretty much wearing all 4T clothing but occasionally a 5T fits great. The costume was big but not hanging off, just big enough to look bunched but not baggy.
I think the costume is great and is made from durable material. It also came with Peter Pan’s hat that Cal insisted on wearing while he went outside. It was quite amusing watching him when he was pretending to fly (better know as jumping off the slide) or just riding in his Jeep without a care in the world with that hat on.
