It seems like I always misplace something in my house. Keys, cups, money, salt. Yes. Salt. My son is notorious for taking the salt shaker off the counter and hiding it in his room. We really aren’t sure why. We think maybe he’s half hamster and have contemplated buying him a salt wheel! Why am I bringing this story up now? Well the design of the Fresko Duo Salt & Pepper Mill and Grinder has really helped solve our missing salt problem!
Ozeri generously sent us the Fresko Duo grinder which is manufactured in Germany and made from stainless steel that will save space on your counters. You can see the grinding action through the chambers which also allows you to monitor the levels of the salt and pepper. There are two adjustable knobs that allow grain adjustment from fine to coarse. It grinds both the salt and pepper which has saved us from having a salt shaker on the counter for our son to steal! He never took the pepper. Just the salt. The grinder has a sleek design that is all in one and can fit anywhere on your counter. He really doesn’t even realize it has salt in it but thinks it’s a cool pepper grinder. And he really has learned his lesson about eating straight pepper. But that’s another story for another day!
