It’s that time of year again and even though my son is only three he goes to Montessori preschool. We do pack his lunch on the days that he attends so it has been very convenient to use the Rubbermaid LunchBlox Sandwich Kit. Using the container has helped me with different lunch ideas to put in my son’s lunchbox. There is a peanut allergy at the school so I wasn’t really sure what to pack. Peanut butter is a staple at our house for lunches. I’ve had to be creative and the block that keeps food cold has let me pack leftovers, meats and cheeses with no worry about those items spoiling.
