home alone 2

Can you believe it’s almost Christmas? We’re rapidly approaching the holiday and it’s a time when people think about family and loved ones. Many families including ours like to gather around the holidays over a meal to reconnect, and that happiness we feel from being with our loved ones makes it a joyous season. You don’t have to wait for the right season to spend time with your family! You can enjoy a great night of food and fun throughout the year with Ovation Brands Family Restaurants. Their new Family Night schedule is out and it’s going to make you say, “ah!” Read all about the upcoming events below, and enter for an Ovations Home Alone 2 prize package.

Ovation Brands’ portfolio of restaurants – Old Country Buffet, Ryan’s, Hometown Buffet, Country Buffet – and Furr’s Fresh Buffet are rolling out a new Family Night promotion featuring the popular movie Home Alone 2: Lost in New York.  After snarky youth Kevin McCallister loses track of his father at the airport, he mistakenly gets on a plane headed for New York City while the rest of the McCallisters fly to Florida. Now alone in the Big Apple, Kevin cons his way into a room at the Plaza Hotel and begins his usual antics. But when Kevin discovers that the Sticky Bandits are on the loose, he struggles to stop them from robbing an elderly man’s toy store just before Christmas.

Each Thursday, from December 14th through January 25th between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., kids may participate in different interactive and educational activities in Ovation Brands’ restaurants and Furr’s Fresh Buffet locations. PLUS kids eat for $1.99 from 4 p.m. to close with the purchase of a regular-priced adult or senior meal.

The featured activities are as follows:
December 28 – Ringing In the New Year
January 4 – Movie Night
January 11 – Bandits Beware
January 18 – Going to the Birds
January 25 – You’re a Star

ONE entrant will be selected on the entry form to win an Ovations Home Alone 2 Package! ($50 ARV) Open for entry US, 18 years and older from 12/22/17 at 12:01 a.m. ET thru 1/5/18 at 11:59 p.m. ET. I would say Christmas in Connecticut. I haven’t heard of many of the movies. The link has over a thousand pages. I grew tired of looking at all the other things beside movies.
