In my youth, weekends were for sleeping in and have lazy days, as a parent, I wake up to “Mom, Mom, Mom” and having to jump out of bed, make breakfast, throw on a coat and jump in the car and strap in since I am the designated Chauffeur. Sometimes memories of uninterrupted sleep creep in my brain, but all in all being a Mom is a pretty good deal!
