Whiffer Sniffers Are Fun For The Kids And Parents Too!

By: Tiffany S.2 Comments

I love when the kid’s toys, TV shows or movies remind me of my own childhood. It’s fun to see the evolution of popular toy lines through the years and even more exciting when a long-lost character comes back (think Rainbow Brite!). But I hadn’t come across any new toys that just simply reminded me of my childhood until I walked past these adorable little scented plush one day. One strong memory I have from Kindergarten was receiving all the scratch n sniff stickers for completed assignments and a job well done. Waiting to get that next sticker was excruciating. Whiffer Sniffers are loved by kids and by parents too!

Whiffer Sniffers
Whiffer Sniffers are scented backpack clips that kids love to collect. They have now introduced the Series 4 characters and scents. These include: Sour Saul (apple), Izzy Sodalicious (grape soda), Howie Rolls (cinnamon roll), Jay Bean (jelly bean), Sonny Shine (orange), May B. Minty (mint ice cream), Phil O’Jelly (strawberry donut), and two mystery packs which may or may not include Maci Macaron (blueberry macaron), and Mikey Milkshake (chocolate milkshake). Each Whiffer Sniffer clip is the perfect size to hang on backpacks or even just hang out in a room. They also have Super Sniffers of the same characters, which are larger Sniffers, perfect for hugging. And much to my surprise and excitement, they have Whiffer Stickers!

We unboxed our Mystery container first, as the suspense was too much to handle 😉 Maci Macaron came with her own trading card and a little checklist of who all you can collect! We all chose our favorites and they are on bookbags, a gymnastic bag and even the diaper bag. I appreciate that the Whiffer Sniffers scent is not overpowering, but enough to evoke fond memories (or help create some!) These little guys are the perfect addition to spruce up a backpack for the last leg of the school year, a great addition to an Easter Basket or a great job on your spelling test gift! Collect all your favorites today, before they go into retirement! The Whiffer Sniffer website also offers games, crafts and printables of all of the characters. Have your kid’s started collecting these fun little guys? Who is your favorite?

I loved your review of the Whiffer Sniffers! The last toy I can remember having a really nice smell was the little Strawberry Shortcake doll my younger sister had. She (the doll) smelled like strawberries. I always wondered how it managed to smell so god for years. We even watched Strawberry Shortcake on Saturday morning cartoons with her. I’ll have to tell my younger sister about these new toys, she’ll want to get them for her granddaughter! It’s nice when something triggers a happy memory, and smells will do it.
