Cold Weather Gear and Free Shipping with Sierra Trading Post + $250 Giveaway

By: Amanda35 Comments

*This is a Fashionista Event and a promotional item was provided to me by Sweetworks. Hosts for this event are Still Blonde after all these Years and ModlyChic.*

I feel like every year I need a new hoodie. Now I have my favorite and what I call ‘The Hoodie’ but for appearance purposes I always believe I need a new color every year so it appears my wardrobe is expanding. I also have a favorite brand that’s my favorite go-to for cold weather gear which I can conveniently shop online via Sierra Trading Post.

under armour parka

As you can guess my go-to for cold weather gear is Under Armour. I love this Under Armour ColdGear® Royal Down Parka (because it covers the butt) however I’d choose the color black because well, you know, kids…and coffee. I tend to have a lot of spills and this powder white would be stained within a few days but it’s a pretty color. Sierra Trading Post also has products with minor blemishes or irregularities so they’ll be able to offer you better prices each season.

If you’re looking for cold weather gear that’s not quite as long or ‘winter looking’ here’s another great choice. The Under Armour ColdGear® Infrared Werewolf Jacket looks great and it has a hood! I’m notorious for loosing my hats and headbands so it’s nice to have something attached to cover my head.  Sierra Trading Post offers big savings through closeouts and overstocked items to save you money on the big ticket items for the winter. They’ve been around for 30 years and know how to dress your family!

From 11/13-11/30 you’ll receive free shipping with code ALWARMTH6. Valid within the 48 contiguous U.S. states only (excludes AK, HI, offshore U.S. territories and possessions, international, and APO/FPO addresses). Orders shipped via UPS Ground. Not valid on oversized items or orders or items with special shipping charges. Gift card purchase does not apply to minimum purchase. And guess what? 98% of all orders ship within one business day!

I love the Neve Scarlett Down Jacket. It has a unique design – the zipper is off center instead of right down the middle, it has adorable puffy sleeves, and it has a lovely shawl-like collar.

I LOVE the North Face Arctic Down Jacket because it covers your butt & has a hood! The hood looks bigger too, I hate jackets that the hood doesn’t barely cover your head! I’d buy this jacket if I could!!! Love the color too!!!

I think it would be the most comfortable because it is lightweight. I like that it’s not puffy and I think it would be really warm.

My favorite is Mountain Hardwear Ghost Whisperer Q.Shield® Down Hooded jacket because it has a hood which is a plus and it’s not a long coat. I’m short so a long jacket doesn’t look the best on me.
