The Ivy Lee Method takes into account that if you commit to nothing then you won’t carry out anything. The short version of the Ivy Lee Method has you write six goals at the end of the day to do the next. Then it has you put those goals in order of importance. Instead of multitasking you have to single task and complete each one before beginning the next on the list. In turn this makes you more productive instead of splitting your time 50 different ways each day! I hope this easy some of my stress and I feel accomplished each day. So far, so good!
