IT’S ALMOST ICE CREAM SEASON!!! OK, well it’s technically ice cream season all year round at my house but spring and summer mean I don’t get as cold eating it! I had the great pleasure of eating ice cream in January for my son’s birthday and it was oh so good. Graeter’s Ice Cream is a delicious Ohio treat founded in Cincinnati over 100 years ago and it’s some of the best handcrafted ice cream you will have the pleasure of eating.
We were sent several pints of Graeter’s Ice Cream which were all delicious. My son and husband favor the mint chocolate chip, I love Madagascar Vanilla Bean and my other son and daughter the Oregon Fields Strawberry. I’m not sure there’s a flavor the kids don’t like but they are well on their way to discovering all of Graeter’s flavors since we go their so often, especially after baseball games.
The kids above are enjoying a nice waffle cone of Graeter’s Ice Cream with grandpa and daddy for Father’s Day. As you can see they are pretty much a sticky mess but that’s what happens when you eat ice cream in June! Graeter’s doesn’t skimp on their cones either, I will warn you it takes a while to eat them!
If you’re traveling to Ohio I recommend stopping in a Graeter’s to try a scoop of their hand crafted ice cream. You won’t be disappointed. While most locations are in Ohio, they are also located in Kentucky, Indiana and Illinois and sold in local grocery stores too!

Yummy! So many sound good but the BUCKEYE BLITZ grabbed me…pb and dark chocolate. Yes please.
