School is back in session, which means our morning routine has gotten a bit more hectic. Everyone in through their bathroom routine, breakfast and making beds. Both kids have hampers, but clothes still miraculously still find their way to the floor. Our dining room is connected to the kitchen, however, it must be too far to carry bowls or plates to the sink. When it came to beds, I thought all hope was lost. My daughter would usual pull her comforter up over whatever was piled in and on her bed. Now that my son is expected to do his bed, I was fearing the same. Then in stepped Zipit bedding, and with a zip and a fluff, his bed has been made every morning!
We received a twin sized reversible wild animals set to review. First, I was overly excited that it is completely reversible with two different patterns. As many of you may know, kids change their minds and tastes frequently! It comes with a matching pillowcase. They have such fun designs to choose from!
It came neatly packaged and compressed a little so the shipping wasn’t bulky or anything. It does suggest to let it open up and reset to its original fluffiness before putting it on the bed. It could not have been more simple to put the set on his bed and be ready to go. It goes on as easy as a fitted sheet and zips up as easy as a sleeping bag.
Now my little guy loves being tucked in at night, he laughs as we zip him to sleep. He easily makes his bed each morning (at only 4!) and he loves the added bonus of the little pocket on the side for his treasures. Now my daughter is a little jealous because he has it easier than her! I highly recommend checking out Zipit bedding to make your night time and morning routines easier!

What a fun and creative idea! Gets kids used to the idea of making their bed each morning without the hassle of them having to spend a lot of time on it. I’m glad your son likes the getting zipped into bed approach.

My son has been seeing these on TV and wants one so bad. They’re really a good idea for him because he doesn’t keep the covers on, even if it’s cold.

This would be awesome for my son’s bed and I’m sure my daughter would love one as well! I love that it would get them to easily and quickly make their beds in the am. I don’t currently make them make their beds as I don’t want to add stress in the am before school.

This looks genius! Easy enough for the kids to do it themselves and keeps it nice and neat for me to remain sane 🙂
