JurassicQuest

It’s gotten to THAT part of winter. It’s cold, the kids have had some snow days and everyone is getting stir crazy. If you live in or near Northeast Ohio, I have the perfect activity for you this weekend! Jurassic Quest is a “Live” Dinosaur adventure. This Saturday, January 31st and Sunday, February 1st, at Summit County Fairgrounds, you and your family can experience this exciting event.

Once inside, there are many different attractions and activities to partake in. You can get up close and personal with baby and adolescent dinosaurs that wander through the facility. Also, the kids even have the opportunity to ride a moving dinosaur! For your young paleontologists, there is fun dinosaur themed craft stations and you can even get their face painted to look like their favorite species. There is a large dinosaur dig station where kids can get tools and dig through the sand for fossils. At the learning exhibit, you can even create a plaster fossil to take home with you.

JurassicQuest

The whole family will enjoy a walk through time, where a tour guide will educate everyone on different periods of time, fun facts and dinosaurs from over 65 million years ago. Then you can jump in an inflatable Dino bounce or challenge a friend at the bungee run. I cannot wait to take my family to enjoy this educational and exciting new event. I personally can’t wait to stand toe to toe with a life-like T-Rex. There are going to be over 50 different animatronic dinosaurs in all. I also saw that the adolescent age dinosaurs walk around with a handler. Could you imagine being stalked by one of these fantastic animals? What are you or your child’s favorite dinosaur?

JurassicQuest
