Where do you do your back to school shopping? Did you know that Staples has a price match guarantee? I honestly had no clue. They will give you the sale price PLUS an additional 10% off so you don’t have to travel to five different stores trying get the best deals. Don’t just think that Staples only has office supplies and computers! They have all of the supplies your kids need for back to school.

I’m so excited to have a Kindergartener AND a Preschooler this year! It’s bittersweet but my son and daughter LOVE school so I know they will enjoy the time they are there. Staples sent us a collection of items and each of my kids have picked out a few items they love.  My son, who is entering Kindergarten loved the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collection. He immediately grabbed the folder and declared it his own! Mom thinks this is cool since I still sing ‘Ice Ice Baby’ when I see the new commercial on TV.

My nephew really enjoyed the SpongeBob collection. He’ll be in sixth grade so it’s right up his alley. I’ll be honest. My kids have no idea who SpongeBob is!

My daughter, who is three, immediately snatched the ladybug binder. She does need one for preschool. (The teacher uses it to show progress on the school work throughout the year). Since school hasn’t started quite yet she’s using it to hold her Pokemon cards that her brother has kindly given her. The binder is part of the Teen Vogue collection but obviously non teenagers love the style!

Staples is great year round. They offer school supplies for when you run out during the year plus a great place to buy printer needs and bubble wrap or brown paper for mailing. I just bought some dvd cases there, too.

Staples has some great buys at times but the gift card would be used for school but in the electronic field.

I do love staples, but as I was prepared with a few price-ad matches–I realized that they do not carry the same quantities as other stores. So the 10pk of pencils at Office Depot….couldnt be price matched because Staples only carried an 8 or 12 pk. I did find some great Staples deals, but I was a little bummed about that. I would have preferred to just shop at one store. Nevertheless, Staples is usually my first stop!
    Thank you!
