We’ve always bought Nature Valley CRUNCHY Oat ‘n Honey granola bars. They are a good snack and good for on the go when we’re traveling or at the park for the day. I’ve had the pleasure of trying several new Nature Valley products and my family has enjoyed the variety (as you can tell by the half empty bags).

First we tried the granola and as you can see by my son’s face he’s really enjoying it. He wanted yogurt, strawberries, grapes and the Cranberry Almond granola. ‘It’s really good mom’ were his words exactly. So good that he wanted a second bowl. Pretty sure he has a hollow leg and we’re just not sure how we’re going to afford to feed him in a few years!  This granola is made with real almonds and natural ingredients too and according to the label each serving contains 10 grams of protein and 22 grams of whole grain.

The Oats ‘n Dark Chocolate that my daughter tried were also a hit. She just had to have hers served with pineapple and yogurt and wanted it for dessert instead of breakfast. Nature Valley is a good choice for each meal and paired with yogurt fills my kids up for a while. If you don’t like yogurt you can pair with milk and have granola cereal as I’ve done on occasion.

The kids enjoyed both varieties of breakfast biscuits although we didn’t always eat them for breakfast. Honestly they made a great snack that they could enjoy at the park or at home with a nice glass of milk and they are made with real blueberries and honey. The biscuits have more than 26 grams of whole grain in each four-biscuit serving.

greek yogurt protein bars

As you can see the Nature Valley Greek Yogurt Protein Bars are not pictured. My husband took them to work and my kids ate a few for snacks before I could take a picture. Obviously they liked them since I had no clue they were even gone. They are made with real fruit and peanut and almonds. They come in mixed berry and strawberry and you can find them at your local grocery store for $4.19

Buy Nature Valley products in select grocery stores nationwide. (SRP $3.89-$4.49)
