I received a variety of Tasty Bite’s packets to review and share with you guys! You’ll be drooling by the time you’re done reading this. Trust me. I drooled when I opened the box!
I am a huge rice fanatic. I love basmati rice with a little bit of butter and I can eat the entire bowl without thinking about it. Sprinkle some delicious curry over the top and that’s a meal for me. It’s filling and rice is actually good for you! Below are most of the flavors I received with their individual descriptions.
Thai Peanut Noodles: Mild in spice at first and then it raises to pretty darn spicy! The thai peanut flavoring is cut under a little due to the spice but the noodles are still delicious. For anyone who likes spicy food, this is the one for you. I managed to drink some water to get some of the spicy tingling in my mouth to go away before I indulged in a few more bites of the noodles.
Tandoori Rice: Indian spices in every bite. Spicy but not too overwhelming. I enjoyed this rice despite the fact that I can’t handle too much spice as everyone knows. I put the Punjab Eggplant over this rice and it blended very well together.
Thai Lime Pilaf: Pure lime flavoring with delicious hints of sweetness. Delicious when added with some sauces.
Punjab Eggplant: Sweet with hints of underlying spice. A soft squishy texture and delicious in every bite. The eggplant is there however it’s more of a hint of eggplant rather than overwhelming.
Paneer Makhani: Delicious with barely any hints of spice. The cheese is delicious however with a bit of chewiness to them. The creamy sauce is very sweet and perfect when layered over the Lime Rice.
Tasty Bite has packets that are incredibly spicy to mild to even no spice at all. I experienced a variety out of what I received and I even started to enjoy the spicy ones after a while. It’s an acquired taste for many people and spice just never sits with me well. Tasty Bite has changed my mind with all the added delicious ingredients and other hints of spices in each bite. They balanced each other out and allowed me to actually enjoy my meal without having my mouth on fire.
If you’re looking for the perfect meal you really need to try Tasty Bite. They have so many different flavors, they only take a minute or so in the microwave and you have your meal. No fuss and they pour out of the packets into your bowl or plate very easily with no hassle. Plus the bags are BPA free, who doesn’t love healthy! You can purchase a pouch between $2.49 and $3.29. They also have specialties for Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten-Free and Kosher. They have something for everyone!
