Get Organized With May Design’s Eco-friendly Planners – Holiday Gift Guide 2013

May Designs makes pretty planners and books paying close attention to things such as, font style and design. They carry every type of journal you can possibly need! Some of their products include agendas, address books, budget journals and meal planners. They even make children coloring books and handwriting books. Also, a great gift idea would be one of their wedding diaries, pregnancy diaries or bump diaries.

I had to much fun creating my own personal agenda. First, I had to choose a design from the huge selection of patterns. Some of the themes available are, holiday cheer, trend setter, and school spirit. I choose the design chevron mint. After picking a design, I then had to customize my book which I loved! There were so many colorings, shapes and fonts to create my monogram. I decided on the rectangular background in navy and wrote my first name in the Modern font. It is very helpful that when you are creating your planner, there are suggestions to help you with your choices. It is also the perfect size, 5X8, to fit in my purse. I really like my new planner and am eager to use it!

This planner has a month section and a weekly section. The month’s section has the holidays already written in a very elegant font. It is even customized in different colors and St.Patrick’s Day is green, how cute is that?! The space of the boxes is the perfect size to fill in all my appointments and events.

These planners are eco-friendly and also very sturdy. They are bound together with a sewing machine so I am assured that I will not have pages falling out. The cover is a lot thicker than the inside pages so when I take this out with my I don’t have to worry about it getting ruined in my purse.

I also designed matching note cards. These come in a pack of twelve with included envelopes and are 4.25″x5″. Like the other May Designs products, these are also eco-friendly. I like that these a very thick cards. They are perfect for writing quick notes to friends, coworkers or your children’s teachers. The designed process is the same as when I made the planner. I was going to pick a whole different design but I am glad I got matching products because they look so nice set out on my desk in my office.
