The bottle featured above contains a multivitamin that is excellent for you to take care of yourself. If you’re worried about “overdosing” with your vitamins, this product is the best choice for your needs. I received a couple of bottles of these and I was excited to start taking them! I have never taken multivitamins in my life and I figured starting now would be a good idea. I currently work out and I chase a toddler around the house all day so taking care of my body is one of the first things on my list.
The instructions say to take one before a meal every day, but no more than one. I started taking one every day before one of my meals and usually it was before dinner. They are easy to swallow and have a slight hint of berries but no aftertaste.It looks like such a large vitamin and may worry you but I don’t like taking pills and it was an easy adjustment.
This helpful multivitamin contains:

- Energy Support – from essential B vitamins
- Bone Health Support – from vitamin D
I actually have vitamin D deficiency and I’ve noticed I get headaches and I am tired often, but after taking this for a few days I feel more awake than ever and the headaches are barely there. That’s not to say this multivitamin did the trick but I’ve noticed a bit of a difference. That’s completely my opinion.
