My son absolutely adores video games. If we would let him, he would be in front of a tv screen, controller in hand, every waking minute of his day. My daughter on the other hand, wants to be out and about. If she could be outside for all of her free time, she would. Trying to get the two of them to agree on a game or activity together can be an absolute challenge. Add in a friend, or the neighborhood kids and decisions take forever. I had the fun opportunity to try out Laser X and now I’ve found the activity compromise for my kiddos!
All-new Laser X features sophisticated electronics and optics that give players pinpoint blasting accuracy up to 200 feet. All Laser X sets work together, so games can have as few as two players – or the whole neighborhood can play together. Advanced sensors in the Laser X blaster know when players are blasting, being hit, running or hiding. An interactive “coach” uses this information to give players tips and tricks throughout the game. The receiver vest keeps tracks of hits. After 10 hits, players are eliminated from the game. Players can choose to be on teams or select “rogue” mode where it’s every player for his or herself.
The kids have been having so much fun with these. I love that we can easily buy another unit and can grow the game. We may be picking up another to gift to our neighbor for Christmas, he is always out with the kids.
