I have never used spa masks or mud, or anything like that before. Finally, I was given the chance to and let’s just say I would do it again if I could! I have never had the experience of a spa, nor have I used beeswax chapstick so this was definitely a new experience for me. Montagne Jeunesse has these products and plenty others available for a very affordable price, and to make it even better they do not do any product testing on animals.
I apologize for my face, but it was so comfortable. The two that you see above I have some details for below. Mind you, the orange one was the first one I have ever put on, the blue one was the second one I had worn. I loved it, and they definitely helped me to relax which is something I never do!
Juiced Aloe: The mask was pretty cold when I first applied it, after making sure my skin had been wiped down. It smelled a lot like Aloe Vera, however it was smoothing and made me feel as though my face was being wrapped in a cool blanket. Very gentle on the face when pulling it off as well.
Red Earth Clay Spa: The clay as it dried was exactly what it was, clay. It smelled sweet, some cinnamon mixed in it, and after I pulled it off and wiped my face down I felt revitalized and my skin was extremely smooth!
The Sore Lips Lip Balm with Moisturizing Beeswax and Olive Oil was odd, it went on rough and I wasn’t used to it. However the Cracked Lips Lip Balm with Moisturizing Beeswax and Olive Oil was not so bad, and my lips felt healed only a few minutes after application.
Smooth Pomegranate Spa: Apparently this is a very popular product, and I can see why. I have never used liquid on my face to form a mask, especially not like this. It was incredibly cool and sweet smelling, very easy to apply however harder to wash off of my hands. I actually have it on currently while I am typing this, what an awesome way to type a review! The liquid does start to harden after about 10-12 minutes and as directed it is to be pulled off within 15-20 minutes. So I pulled it off, despite being a little difficult, it was weird feeling on the skin. My skin feels fresh, and for some odd reason I feel better after using any of these masks.
I used a few of the other masks that I received as well as the shower products and let’s just say, you have to try these products! I seriously felt as though I was being spoiled and pampered by the masks, especially since I had never used them before. They were easy to use, gave me some time to relax and I felt incredibly refreshed after using them.
